I have used this pattern for  various different 4 ply yarns 

For the glitter Tee featured in my video for the medium size I am a 43 inch chest I used 4 x 100g ( 310m / 340 yards  of Sensy Shine   Please consider meterage of the yarn you are using I always advise to do a tension guage to ensure you get the correct fit
